Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock Trailer

Here’s the new trailer for Supermassive Games’ Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. It reveals the villains the Doctor and River Song will face off against, including Cybermen, Daleks, and the Silence. I’m not really a gamer, but this looks like a reason to invest in a PS3. It’s out March 2012.

Friends With Kids Trailer

Friends with Kids is about two friends who decide to have a child together with no romantic entanglement. It’s not the most original concept, and doesn’t look like it has anything new to offer. However, I’ll be seeing it if only to hear Chris O’Dowd’s American accent.

It’s written, directed, and stars Jennifer Westfeldt. It also stars Adam Scott, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jon Hamm, Ed Burns, Megan Fox and my love Chris O’Dowd. It’s due out March 9th, 2012.

Moonrise Kingdom Trailer

From the genius mind of Wes Anderson (who directed and co-wrote with Roman Coppola) comes Moonrise Kingdom. Set in the 1960s, two young loves flee their New England town, causing a search party to try to find them. It seems typical Anderson, by which I mean it looks amazing.

Moonrise Kingdom stars Edward Norton, Bruce Willis, Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, Jason Schwartzman, Jared Gilman, and Kara Hayward. It’s due out May 16th, 2012.

The Dark Knight Rises Trailer

Here’s the first official full length trailer for the third and final installment in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. It stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hathaway, and will be released July 20th, 2012.

I hope they provide subtitles because I have no clue what the hell Bane was saying.

The Cabin in the Woods trailer

From writers Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard (who also directed) comes The Cabin in the Woods, due out April 13th, 2012. It stars Chris Hemsworth, Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whitford, and Amy Acker. The trailer starts off with the movie as a seemingly basic horror film, but takes a distinct surprise Sci-Fi twist towards the end. I have no idea what’s going on, but I’m psyched to see it nonetheless.

I’m Gonna Be… Doctor Who

Here’s a very special video from the cast and crew of Doctor Who, made to celebrate David Tennant as his run as our favourite Doctor ended. It’s set to the Proclaimers “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)”. The cast and crew watched it together at the wrap party.

When Harry Left Hogwarts

Here’s the trailer for When Harry Left Hogwarts, a 48 minute documentary about the making of the Deathly Hallows films. It’s attached to the four disk blu-ray combo pack of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: part 2. This version is available only at Target, starting November 11th. I know where I’ll be buying my copy.

The Hunger Games Teaser Trailer

Get More: 2011 VMA, Music

Here’s the much anticipated clip of Gary Ross’s upcoming The Hunger Games, hosted by star Jennifer Lawrence. I was hoping for a little more action and detail than this, but still. March 23rd, 2012 can’t come soon enough!

Also starring Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, and Donald Sutherland.

Red State Trailer

Here’s the red band (NSFW) trailer for Kevin Smith’s upcoming religious horror flick, Red State.

A group of teens (Kyle Gallner, Nicholas Braun, and Michael Angarano) receive an online invitation for sex with an older woman. They discover the invitation was a trap, set by sinister right wing fundamentalists.

Also starring John Goodman, Michael Parks, Melissa Leo, Anna Gunn, Kevin Pollak, Marc Blucas, and Kevin Alejandro.

It was written and directed by Kevin Smith, so it will be interesting to see a new genre from him.
